New projects can be added within minutes without IT involvement.


Recording of client and non-client  activity provides a full picture of your involvement within a project.

Commissioning Cygnet includes the installation and set-up of your server and user computers. The projects and related selection menus are pre-populated with bespoke entries relevant to your service.


This is followed by two days on-site training for your staff.


Continued support is provided by telephone, email, remote access  and on-site visit.

From the outset our staff found Cygnet very easy to use, even those with limited computer skills.
